How to Apply and Qualifications
- Customers are eligible to apply when purchase over HK$800* (in one single sales memo) or when accumulated to a total of HK$1,500* within 3 months of id:c products at specialty shops or counters.
( *in net price) - Applicants can enjoy special discount at id:c specialty shops and counters on the next purchase after they successfully registered and confirmed as id:c VIP member online.
(Customers must register and confirm online within one month. Registration or confirmation will not be allowed when expired.) - Each applicant will be given a VIP card. With the instruction on the VIP card (or please click here for detailed online registration instructions), applicant will become id:c VIP once he/she has successfully registered and confirmed online.
Remarks: Before successfully become VIP, applicants are entitled for the purchase discount (15% discount on original priced items and 5% discount on discount priced items, exception on selected items) with the VIP card within 30 days from the card issue date. - Successfully registered and confirmed VIPs will receive a $100 discount on the next purchase at id:c as a welcome gift. A SMS will be sent to VIP and by presenting the SMS at id:c specialty shop or counter, VIP can enjoy an $100 instant discount (exception on selected items).
(Remark: VIP can enjoy the $100 discount on any purchase. The $100 discount is non-refundable and cannot exchange for cash. The $100 discount has a validity period of 30 days from the account confirmation date.) - The VIP membership (including all the balance VIP points) is not transferable.
Discount Offer
- VIPs can enjoy a 15% discount on any original priced items or a 5% discount on any discount priced items at id:c specialty shops and counters. Moreover, member can enjoy additional discount at designated counters as well. For more details, please contact with id:c staffs or refer to the store information.
Points Collection Program
- VIPs are eligible to collect points upon every purchase (exception on selected items).
- VIPs can collect 1 point for every dollar spent. One $100 id:c Gift Certificate can be redeemed with every 3,500 points.
Remarks: Before successfully become VIP, applicants are entitled for collecting points upon purchase at id:c specialty shops and counters with the VIP card within 30 days from the card issue date. However, one must successfully registered and confirmed as VIP in order to redeem the $100 id:c Gift Certificate. - VIPs must redeem the id:c Gift Certificate with the ID card at any one of the id:c specialty shops or counters in person.
- All points will have an expiry date of 1 year under normal circumstance. For more information, please refer to the store information or visit id:c official website at www.idcsenses.com.hk. In addition, VIPs will receive email notification before the points expiry date. Any unused points after the expiry date will be forfeited and it cannot be accumulated.
Birthday and Other Special Offers
- Birthday special offer SMS will be sent to members on the birthday month.
During the birthday month, VIPs can enjoy an additional discount on purchase with the birthday SMS. - VIPs will receive other special offer announcements in advance through email or sms (such as exclusive discount on selected items, pre-sale or concert ticket redemption).
