The Extension of VIP Points Expiry Date
For those id:c VIPs joined on or before June 30, 2009, your VIP points expiry date will be extended from June 30 to August 31, 2010. If you make purchase and earn up to a total of 3,500 points before August 31, 2010, then you are entitled to redeem one $100 id:c Gift Certificate before August 31, 2010.

Remarks:

For those id:c VIPs joined on or before June 30, 2009, all the points earned before June 30, 2010 will be forfeited on the expiry date, however, the points earn on July 1, 2010 onwards will be accumulated to your points collection. id:c VIP Membership General Offers

You are eligible to apply when purchase over $800 (single sales memo) or when accumulated to a total of $1,500 within 3 months of id:c products at specialty shops or counters. VIP member can enjoy the following benefits:

Discount Offer

  • A 15% discount on any original priced items at id:c specialty shops or counters with the VIP card. Moreover, member can enjoy additional discount at designated counters as well. For more details, please contact with id:c staffs or refer to the store information.

Points Collection Program

  • Members are eligible to collect points upon every purchase with the VIP card (exception on selected items).
  • Members can collect 1 point for every dollar spent. For every 3,500 points, a $100 id:c Gift Certificate can be redeemed.
  • A welcome gift of a bonus 1,000 points will be given for every new VIP applicant.
  • Members must redeem the id:c Gift Certificate with the VIP card and ID card at any one of the id:c specialty shops or counters.
  • All points will have an expiry date of 1 year under normal circumstance. For more information, please refer to the store information. In addition, members will receive email notification before the expiry date of the points. Any unused point after the expiry date will be voided and it cannot be accumulated to next year.

Birthday and Special Offer for Members

  • Birthday special offer SMS will be sent to member before each birthday. During the birthday month, VIP member can enjoy additional discount on purchase.
  • Members will receive other special offer in advance through email and SMS (such as pre-sale announcement or concert ticket redemption).

Procedure for Card Replacement

  • In case of a lost, member must complete the “Card Replacement Application Form” and return to any id:c (specialty shop or counter) along with a $20 card replacement fee.

Remarks

  • The VIP card is not transferable. In case of a lost or damage, please contact any id:c specialty shop or counter as soon as possible. id:c reserves the right to verify member’s identity.
